Product Information

We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention department. Payment must be received before we dispatch your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Himalayan Folk is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom or perishable items are not eligible for return.
